Received excellent service through the entire process. The front staff were friendly, efficient and extremely helpful when I arrived a little late due to crazy traffic. The entire clinical team was very knowledgeable, thoroughly explained next steps and let me know what I might experience during the different procedures. I feel 200% confident about the care I received. I highly recommend, Dr. Dockery and his entire team!

My granddaughter was in a tragic car accident in 2019. During our stay at the Shepard center Dr. Keith Dockery was her ENT doctor. He has the best bed side manners. He has a beautiful sense of humor and a kind spirit. We just loved his professionalism and his help with my daughter’s surgery. He performed her surgery and made our family feel assured it was going to be alright. And it was. We recently visited his office we were greeted by Dr. Dockery. We spoke about what he had done for our family in 2019. He was very kind to myself and my granddaughter. He took the time to ask how she was doing and how she has maintained her health. We took photos with him. Dr. Dockery is such a kind spirit. We now live in Columbus Ga. We drive the 21/2 hours to BuckheadENT. It’s about the kindness and good bed side manners that will keep us coming to Dr. Dockery office. Thank you for then and now. 01The office staff is professional in every way. Little time waiting which is unusual. Shukia Walker is amazing is amazing at the front desk. Dr. Dockery has great bedside manner and is very direct. Highly recommend!

I was referred to Dr. Dockery for a thyroid goiter. It was not easy to deal with, but the recommendation of surgery by Dr. Dockery was an effective choice. I feel better now and have only mild discomfort afterwards. Dr. Dockery was kind, patient and professional. I would definitely recommend his services for any ear, nose or throat issues.
