From the very beginning, everyone treated me with genuine kindness and compassion, and I truly felt I was in excellent hands. Every person I interacted with throughout my treatment was above and beyond pleasant and supportive. Dr. Dockery is a wise, gentle, and incredibly skilled surgeon. My husband and I consider Dr. Dockery to be the best ENT doctor in his field. My husband had to undergo a heart ablation and encountered complications after surgery. Dr. Dockery was called to help treat the problem and we are so thankful that he came right away. I recently went to Buckhead ENT and encountered both Shukia Walker and Jessica Barclay. Shukia is excellent at the front desk, kind and efficient to all. Jessica is outstanding in her customer service skills, her follow up with patient's needs and communicative. She was super helpful with a simple request. Also, Mallory Marcis was an excellent audiologist. Danielle Nelson was wonderful to work with and answered my questions. Dr. Dockery is warm and a nice bedside manner. The entire staff and office is superb. I highly recommend this practice. Thank you.
