My husband and I consider Dr. Dockery to be the best ENT doctor in his field. My husband had to undergo a heart ablation and encountered complications after surgery. Dr. Dockery was called to help treat the problem and we are so thankful that he came right away. Not only did he make time to assess and treat the problem my husband was having, he made a visit with him at the hospital. Thank you, Dr. Dockery for your dedication and consideration for my husband. I recently went to Buckhead ENT and encountered both Shukia Walker and Jessica Barclay. Shukia is excellent at the front desk, kind and efficient to all. Jessica is outstanding in her customer service skills, her follow up with patient's needs and communicative. She was super helpful with a simple request. Also, Mallory Marcis was an excellent audiologist. Danielle Nelson was wonderful to work with and answered my questions. Dr. Dockery is warm and a nice bedside manner. The entire staff and office is superb. I highly recommend this practice. Thank you.

Received excellent service through the entire process. The front staff were friendly, efficient and extremely helpful when I arrived a little late due to crazy traffic. The entire clinical team was very knowledgeable, thoroughly explained next steps and let me know what I might experience during the different procedures. My granddaughter was in a tragic car accident in 2019. During our stay at the Shepard center Dr. Keith Dockery was her ENT doctor. He has the best bed side manners. He has a beautiful sense of humor and a kind spirit. We just loved his professionalism and his help with my daughter’s surgery. He performed her surgery and made our family feel assured it was going to be alright. And it was. We recently visited his office we were greeted by Dr. Dockery. We spoke about what he had done for our family in 2019. He was very kind to myself and my granddaughter. He took the time to ask how she was doing and how she has maintained her health. We took photos with him. Dr. Dockery is such a kind spirit. We now live in Columbus Ga. We drive the 21/2 hours to BuckheadENT. It’s about the kindness and good bed side manners that will keep us coming to Dr. Dockery office. Thank you for then and now. 01The office staff is professional in every way. Little time waiting which is unusual. Shukia Walker is amazing is amazing at the front desk. Dr. Dockery has great bedside manner and is very direct. Highly recommend!
